Error: Several Java instances runnings

Problem

“When I try to do a screenshot or a desktop share I get an error saying Several Java Virtual Machines running in the same process caused an error.”

This means that you have Vyew opened in another window or browser…

It could be that you have 2 internet explorers open, or 1 Internet explorer and one Firefox.

Solution

Close all your browser windows, and re-login to Vyew.
