How to Enable the Flash Player
If you get a message like this:
“Flash detection failed. Please install Flash 9 then reload this page.”
it usually means you don’t have Flash installed, but it might mean that you have Flash disabled. Here is how to enable it:

From the Tools drop-down menu choose Internet Options (bottom of the drop-down); then click on the Programs tab; then click on the Manage Add-Ons Button. Select “Run without permission” from the drop-down:
Then look for the “Shockwave Flash Object” (Flash) in the Adobe section. Click on it then click on the enable button:

From the Tools menu, click on “Options” (bottom). Then click on the General icon (it’s tabs with icon headers):
Click on the Manage Add-ons button, then click on the Plugins tab-icon. Scroll down in the list until you find Shockwave Flash. Select it, then click on “Enable.”
