How many meetings can I host at the same time?
We define a “meeting” as having more than one person in a room at the same time.
Concurrent Meeting Limits
- Free account: 1 concurrent meeting limit
- Plus account: 1 concurrent meeting limit
- Pro account: 2 concurrent meeting limit
Is it possible to have more than 2 concurrent meetings? We are an educational institution offering individual tuition and need capacity for unlimited simultaneous classes.

We contacted you – your salesman (who obviously has no head for creative solutions) quoted us USD$2000 per month!!! This is crazy! Basically, a pro user can host 2 meetings with 15 simultaneous users for $19.95 per month; we need access to host 10 simultaneous 2 person meetings, with capacity of up to 50 meetings (again, 2 persons in each room) – this is not even 10 times more people, but the price is multiplied by a HUNDRED? Ridiculous. We can get the same thing from twiddla for $189 per month BEFORE educational discount. Get real, guys, your pricing is bullshit.
