What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and soon will also accept American Express. We only accept payments online and do not accept P.O.’s, cannot invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

I wish to go to the PRO version, but due the VISA payment I need at least a payment receipt to be used to justify my company the expense.
Are you able to issue an invoice or a payment receipt ?

Hello
I am using the free version of Vyew, with myself set as the moderator, as a pilot to demonstrate it capability for my project team a registered non-profit. The organization wants to continue using Vyew for the project but would like to upgrade to the professional version at ~$19 /month with a 1 year contract. Is there a way for the organization to be able to upload credit card information, which I do not have access to, in order to upgrade the account?

The only way someone other than you can update the account and add credit card information would be for them to gain access to the logged-in account. There’s 3 ways to do this:. They can log in to the account with their email address and YOUR password. Later, you can change your password.
1) Log in to the account for someone,
2) Share your log in information with someone so they can log in,
3) Add someone’s email address as an alias on the account:
