How to save a screenshot to your computer

Windows

1. Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn)
2. Open Microsoft Paint – Start Button > RUN… > type “mspaint”, hit ENTER
3. Press Control-V to Paste
4. Save the file as a JPG
5. Now you can email that JPG file as an attachment.

Mac

1. Press Command-Shift-3. The screen shot will be automatically saved as a PNG file on your desktop.
2. Now you can email that file as an attachment.
