After importing a .pdf document, I noticed that its conversion to an image (by Vyew) resulted in the text being harder to read.... not as crisp as looking at the document itself.

When I have a .doc or .pdf file, what do you recommend so that when I import it - the text will be as clear and easy to read as possible - looking crisp.

I did find that resizing the image (of the .pdf page) to a larger size seemed to help somewhat, but this was not easy to do.

Suggestions welcomed : )

I am still trying to learn all the stuff with vyew, and I just tried scheduling a meeting for tomorrow. The problem I see it that people can join the meeting before it starts, and even though I have it set to only let them view the pages that I am on, they can view all the pages at will unless I am already on.

Is there a way to get around this. If not I guess I will just have to send the invites after I have joined the meeting.

Thanks

Hello,

I would like to know if we have the option to save money with view-only users.

This would be in contrast to the real-time users which have the price-point limits.

What I want to have ideally is a fixed number of real-time users, and then a potentially large number of participants that are just watching and cannot interact (or perhaps can only call in on the phone and cannot use the web tools).

Do we have such types of users in Vyew?

I’m new to this board and have had one meeting using the software. It’s wonderful!

I was wondering if we are able to record the whole session so that we can store it on our websites?

Thanks and keep up the great work!
