uploading a url

Hello,
I have a problem: I am in my room with the participants following the content of a lesson I have in the web. I go to this lesson in my website through upload url (advanced) I can upload it and share it with my students perfectly ok but the problem is that the lesson, which has 4 or 5 pages opens incomplete !! only the 1 and 2nd page and I can´t reach the rest of the pages, it won´t show them. What can I do in this case?

Hello,
I wanted to share a pdf of 50.000 kb. With another collaboration program I could share it but with this one I can´t, it says it is tto heavy. How can I reduce it?

How many Mics in a room? What if I want a lot of people to talk at once?

I’m a free user and, when I first tested Vyew yesterday, we were 3 people talking at my VyewBook. However, when I tried to do the same today, we were unable to get more than 2 Mics ate the same time and the third person always got a message telling him or her to “steal” a Mic from some other participant.

How many Mics can a free account have in a VyewBook? Is there a limit? How’s that limit established?

Conference Call Problem - Notification of caller waiting

I and my buddy tried the call in feature for my vyew book and nothing on the page indicated that someone was waiting to talk. All I got was *6 to mute then elevator music. How do you know when someone calls in?

i am getting from time to time the following popup and have to reconnect.

“connection closed - Details: Success, Server has closed the connection”

Is this a feature to save resources?
In addition to that i would like to know if this popup will stay, if i order vyew.com

vs. 4.0 dice addon

I like the dice addon that’s in the current version. I planned to use it for classroom ‘raffle’ type activities setting the options based on the number of students, etc.

While testing the new 4.0 version I didn’t see the dice addon option in there. Did I miss it or is that addon going away in the 4.0 version?

No mic audio in room

Hi,

During the last three days I have been trying to get audio for my room and is not working. The Mic/Web testing is not working properly for the mic function test. Any idea on how to solve this? Thank you!
