importing a ppt

The first time I imported a tiny power point, it worked great.
But when i tried uploading a larger one, but still only 990 KB, it wouldn’t take it.
Now, I can’t import either one!

Multiple Servers for same Rooms! HELP!!!!

Since my chats Sunday and Monday, it’s like there are mutiple servers running the same rooms, and they cannot communicate between them. Some go to one, and using the same address, some go to another. I had one room with 15 people, and in the same room name, I had 10 people, but we couldn’t see/hear them nor them us. Monday I don’t know how many were in the other room, but they see that they are in the correct room, just we are not there. HELP!!!

Lock all objects

There is a feature to unlock all objects, but

is it possible to lock the objects in a page all together?

When writing on Vyew with a graphic tablet (pen mouse) there can be hundreds of signs and it’s hard to lock them one by one....

Error converting file

Sometimes when I’m trying to upload a word document from my computer (no always but often) I get this error message: Error converting file: 10| Submitting for conversion (code: 1458381). Why is this happening?

Slow Connections

When our students join the whiteboard. Some have complained that the whiteboard is unresponsive. Any one else having this problem and any solutions?

Signed up this morning and all looks great, however, I’m unable to use the pust to talk or webcam features, i keep getting “Error Connecting........” is this on my end somewhere or is something happening on Vyew’s end?

Change Notifications

I read, in the New Features section, that it is possible to have a new feature called: Change Notifications.
But it’s not clear HOW I can have it on my vyew books.

duplicating pages from one book to another

Is it possible to duplicate a page from one book to another, with all the plug-ins in it, and not simply as a screen shot?

Voice note upload problem

Recently, I am experiencing problem in adding voice notes. After the recording is done, the message saying, “Uploading...” appears longer than usual and then it says, “Error connecting to media server!”.

How to export back to Excel

I want to share my Excel File with others so it can be updated without emailing it back and forth. An essential part of that plan is to be able to export it back to Excel after it is updated. Is there any way to do this?
