Error Converting File

When trying to upload a file (several times, several types, several sizes) I am getting an error:
Error Converting file: Undefined (coed:undefined)

This is obviously preventing me from uploading and using VYEW.

Any suggestions?

Hi....

I intend to use MousePen on the whiteboard that the vyewbook contains....

I have tried PenTablet, etc. but I understand what I draw is not visible to others in the meeting....

Can anyone suggest something that simulates mouse and something that I can write directly on the whiteboard with....

Hi I am so new I haven’t even received my confirmation email.

It has been a few hours and I though i would have received it by now. Is there a way to get that resent?

audio/webcam recording

It appears that my vyewbook presentations, when published and embedded on my site, only play back the whiteboard, with no audio nor webcam image of the presenter. Am I doing something wrong, or is this how it is supposed to work.

Duplicating VyewBooks to other peoples accounts

I would like to know if it is possible to export an entire Vyewbook - with all its files to another group of users (students actually) to develop? This is more than ‘publishing’. Hope this makes sense. Im talking about duplicating the VyewBook to someone elses account.

i’m a free user of vyew.
Tried to click on the Push to talk button
but no voice output to invited users.
Microphone is working fine, tested it in skype.

Desktop Sharing function

If I let a member see my desktop.
How do it works technical?
If takes snapshot and send to server or are you in real time on his computer?

Number of Meeting Creators

When I go to Main Menu > Account Settings, I see “Meeting Creators: 1”

Does that mean I can upgrade my account so that I can have multiple meeting creators?

Router and or Firewall settings request

I am having difficulties getting Vyew started.

From your home page I click “Start a meeting now”
then I fill in my “Returning Users” details
then I click the “Login” button.

I then get a perpetual changing between two web pages.
The first page is predominately green in colour with a rotating “Connecting” in the centre of the page (the page is visible for about a second).
The second page is predominately white with “Retrieving authenticating data...” (the page is visible for about two seconds).
Then the cycle restarts.

Do I need to open a port on my Router and or my software firewall?

If not, what am I doing wrong?
