1. Once you have the page in Vyewbook that you want to save, simply click on �Save Page� . From there, you can:
a. Download the page to your computer.
b. Save it to your VyewStorage.
c. Email the page to your colleagues.

FLASH PRESENTATIONS - HOW DO I INTERACT WITH ONE

Hello,

I have a SWF file that I normally use for presentations. While I can load the file OK, I cannot figure out how to interact with the control buttons (FFoward, Stop, Play, etc) so that I can control the presentation. Is this possible or do I just have to let the FLASH file run until completion?

Conference Call Number: Setting the Access Code with the conf. call number

I know how to change the Conference Call number for a webinar that I create. But How do I change the Access Code that goes with it. Meaning, I have an access code, however the webinar continues to show the Access code that was originally placed on the webinar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a call Oct. 28th 12PM EST

Hello,

I’m new to collaborative conferencing, and came across vyew while scouring the internet for software.

The only problem i have with the program is the lag. there’s a lot of hand-writing going on in my particular use, and programs like depicto and groupboard do not exhibit this lack of line resolution with fast pen movements. They do not, however offer the very nice feature set you guys have put together . . . well depicto does not and groupboard is not free. The writing in vyew is functional, but curved penstrokes are often getting simplified into either straight lines or a series of connected straight lines when executed quickly.

I would like to know if there are any system settings I need to adjust to make Vyew more responsive. The program works beautifully if I write slowly.

I just purchased 2 Wacom tablets today, and am looking for a robust solution. I if I can resolve the speed issue, I’ll stick with Vyew for my small business uses and be done, but if not, I guess I’ll have to ramp it up and look into setting up a server for netdive’s eauditorium.

My client would like to know if we can pay for a subscription to Vyew (instead of the free version) and get the capability of an 800 number to give out to our participants?

How to get the WEBCAM working on the MAC

The most common easy-to-fix problem on the Mac, is that the webcam is not selected as the correct broadcasting device.

How to fix:
1. In a Vyew meeting, Control-Click (right-click) on the screen and select SETTINGS.
2. Select the CAMERA tab (lower right tab)
3. Look at the DEVICE dropdown and choose “USB Video Class” (or something similar)

If that doesnt work, try other devices from the drop down menu.

If it still doesnt work, post to this thread.
