Hello -
The system recognizes me and show that it is trying to connect to my meeting room. The dialog box shows connection,authentication and “trying low ports.” I have tried numerous times but it always times out.

We had some short downtime in our ‘proxy bypassing’ server. This is a special server we developed that lets some people connect, who would otherwise be blocked by corporate firewalls or proxy servers. I ran a quick check, and it should be working now, please try again and let us know if you have any further problems.

I made a minor fix, please try connecting again.

If it still does not work, the most reliable way would be if you can allow TCP ports 9100 and 9102 to go out through your firewall. (No incoming connections are needed, only outgoing)

I’m not sure what this is.  We did put up a new server so there could be small bugs running around. But you should not have to disable your firewall to use Vyew.

NOTICE—NEED TO UPDATE YOUR FIREWALL SETTINGS

We have added new servers in other locations, so anyone who modified their firewall settings to allow Vyew to work needs to change their settings so that outgoing requests ANY IP ADDRESSES over ports 9100,9102,1935 are let through.
