Hi, a couple of suggestions:

1. The presenter will not see his own screen. Only other people in the meeting will see it.
2. Do you see the floating toolbar at the top left of your screen? (outside of the browser)
3. Did you allow the java applet to run with security priviliges? It should have asked you the first time you click destop sharing.
4. As a last resort, you could try uninstalling & reinstalling Java to see if this helps any

We are developing a tool which will help troubleshoot problems with the Java-based Desktop Sharing, that we hope to release soon.

Thanks

I’m also having trouble launching the application share.  When I click on the Start Sharing My Desktop button I see the following message in the status bar: “Applet Real-time Desktop Sharing notinited”.

In the Java Console I get the following stack trace:

load: class dsapplet.DSApplet not found.
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: dsapplet.DSApplet

I’m running IE6 on Win2K, with Java Plug-in 1.6.0_05

Thanks for any suggestions.
