Can anyone help with this problem please? I can upload a single GIF or JPEG no problems, but whenever I try to upload a PowerPoint. I get “Upload Error. An IO Error occurred.” What am I doing wrong?

Hi again. I found that selecting “All files” was more reliable than selecting for PowerPoints when you’re about to upload.

The issue with “IO Error” when uploading a file means there was something wrong on your computer, like there was a problem opening the file. We’ve seen this happen before when the file was on a network drive or locked.

Try copy the file to a duplicate file that is on a local drive, and uploading the duplicate.
