I can’t get in to “My VyewBooks”.

Connecting says “You are behind a firewall. Trying HTTP proxy...” It just stands there - nothing changes. Can you help?

At this moment login is working but clicking on,"PUSH TO TALK” says “Error connecting.......”.

As you may already know, we had some problems with our datacenter over the weekend.
They told us they were doing maintenance on the power, and all would be well with our backup servers,
which would support the site while the main servers were down.

It turns out the data center in San Francisco which we use, made mistakes and really pissed us off.
Sorry to everyone! We are committed to building the most reliable problem, we are investigating and will
more than likely switch data centers shortly.

I think it’s okay now. I don’t have anymore problems with the log in system.

I am having this problem too, trying to get into a meeting with an important customer.  Very frustrating to try and use for a business when these kinds of errors keep occuring.

Is your problem getting into the room, or using audio?
