My children are taking classes on your site. We are using K9 parental controls on our computer that seem to keep interfeering with classes and kicking us off. My first reaction was to go to K9 and request setting the site so that it doesn’t interfere. However, I found that your site is rated as computer/internet which I have never blocked. If I run the controls to block unrated sites I cannot get into Vyew at all. If I uncheck the box for unrated sites they will be able to log in and will work just fine for awhile but will eventually get kicked off. Then they have to log back into the site to get back into class.
My question for you is whether Vyew is sending them to other sites that may be blocked or if everything in each class is piped through you? I’ve communicated with K9 several times and they say that the problem has to be with my settings or you are routing them through another address. Please help. Thanks,
