Are you saying that users who are in the same VyewBook, cannot see eachother in the userlist?
The users A, B, C, D in the above example can see each other.
Also, the users E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L in the above example can see each other.
None of A, B, C, D can see any of E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L and none of E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L can see any of A, B, C, D. They are supposed to be in the same Vyewbook as they could not enter the Vyewbook without invitation link which is valid for only one and the same Vyewbook as it is the very same class.

Are you sure the URL in their browsers all say the same thing.
They all got into the room via invitation links. These links are supposed to bring them to the same Vyewbook. I cannot confirm if today they saw the same URL but if they did not then it could be an issue. I certainly can confirm one thing which I personally saw and found it very strange. From the lobby in a moment I saw 5-6 names for that Vyewbook (this is just from the lobby without entering the Vyewbook) and when I clicked on the Vyewbook link I saw different users inside. I was puzzled that time. This issue reminds of an issue I had with another web conferencing system in which it finally turned out that users of the same room were sent to different servers.

I will email you my phone number, please email or call me and we can arrange a time for you to show me the problem first hand.
Your email has been received. If this happens again and if it falls under the timing you have mentioned in the email then you will hear from me almost immediately. However, in such a case I will have to very quickly move on to another conferencing system for that class as it would look unprofessional on my part to miss/delay the class.
