Vyew Discussion Forum

I read, in the New Features section, that it is possible to have a new feature called: Change Notifications.
But it’s not clear HOW I can have it on my vyew books.

Sorry this feature is not documented well, I will ask the web team to add info about it.
Change notifications let you know when someone has changed pages in your book.
In the future you can be emailed when this happens, but I dont think this feature is active yet.

When you go into a VyewBook and look at the Page Navigator drop down menu,
you will see a * Asterisk next to a name, which means that page has changed since your last visit.
Also, if someone has edited a Comment Sticky Note since you last looked at it, it will change colors from
yellow to red.

This is good for users who are already logged into the system. But a user can at any time log into vyew with no one else logged in. Changes can be made, and it is those changes that the other users of the book should be notified about via email or via rss.
