1. Pull up a document.
2. Click on “draw” to open up the annotation tools. (This button is located on the bottom right of your VyewBook.) The following tools are available:
a. Select Tool – select a function to perform
b. Pen Tool – Allows you to freeform draw
c. Text Tool – write notes anywhere on the document. To edit your notes, simply click on the “Select Tool” icon and then click on the text box. To change font sizes, click on the numbered box (next to the Fill buttons) and increase or decrease from there.
d. Line Tool – Draws lines
e. Square Tool – Draws squares (default setting: clear fill w/ black line)
f. Circle Tool – Draws circles (default setting: clear fill w/ black line)
g. Shared Pointer – This is a big red arrow that can be moved by all users with “Presenter” status.
h. Eraser Tool - Just click on the “Eraser” icon and then click on the annotation that you want to remove.
i. Clear All – Erases all annotations on the screen
HELPFUL HINT: If you want to edit any annotation (text, box, circle or line) choose on “Select” tool, and double-click on the appropriate annotation
