Connection Time Out

Hi Vyew,

Since Saturday I have been getting connection timed out messages when I try to access my Vyewbooks after I log in.

I tired it with IE and FF and got the same problem.

Does this happen consistently, every time? Is it still happening now?
Or is it periodically?

We figured out hte problem. One of our proxy servers was having IP address issues with another server.
That problem is fixed, which should solve your problem also.
