Bandwidth or server issue?

Hi, I have been using your software 2-3 times a week, with 4-12 participants. I love the software, but the audio goes out frequently, it is resolved when the participants refresh their page. This seems to be getting worse-- and is worse in the evenings (with the video freezing- again fixed by refreshing). Is this a bandwidth or server issue? If I go to the professional level, will that guarantee that this doesn’t happen? Or is it essentially the same service, with diff options?

Hi,

Audio/Video are still in a ‘beta’ stage, we’ve got a few kinks to work out. We have some fixes we are testing internally, which we believe should clear up these problems that a few people have reported, things like audio breaking up, or video freezing, should all hopefully be fixed. The plan is to have the fixes finished sometime within the next month or so (I can’t give an exact date, but hopefully it should be fairly soon).
