Hi, I have been using your software 2-3 times a week, with 4-12 participants. I love the software, but the audio goes out frequently, it is resolved when the participants refresh their page. This seems to be getting worse-- and is worse in the evenings (with the video freezing- again fixed by refreshing). Is this a bandwidth or server issue? If I go to the professional level, will that guarantee that this doesn’t happen? Or is it essentially the same service, with diff options?
