Hi,

I used the service for the first time. Everything went well until we realized that those who are online cannot hear the the people on the phone. Those who are on the phone can hear whoever’s speaking online but I had to listen on the phone to hear them.

Are there plans to integrate the two so everyone can connect whether they’re online or on the phone. We realized everyone has to do either one or the other, so we all ended up calling in.

Hi, sorry to hear about the confusion. We should probably put a notice there some where.
There are no plans to integrate the two at this time but I will bring it up in our next meeting.
