Hi,

I’d love to try your web application but I can’t connect.

I’m in a corporate environment and use a proxy server and firewall.

I can liaise with IT Services - are there special ports that need opening?

Have your IT people open port 80 and 81.  That should do the trick.

NOTICE—NEED TO UPDATE YOUR FIREWALL SETTINGS

We have added new servers in other locations, so anyone who modified their firewall settings to allow Vyew to work needs to change their settings so that outgoing requests ANY IP ADDRESSES over ports 9100,9102,1935 are let through.
