Hi. When was the last time Vyew worked for you from that exact computer and internet connection?
Can you try this page and see if all the test pass:

It looks like your behind a pretty strict firewall. Let me get back to you on the settings to open up.

Are you accessing at home or work? I think there is a firewall device on your network filtering your traffic.

Who setup the router? What kind of router is it? I dont see why its being blocked. Can you ask whoever setup the router if they put any special firewall rules on it.

I am also having this issue… I have followed everything recommended to this point

Windows vers: Windows 7 x86 Professional

Internet Browser: Chrome/Firefox/Internet Explorer (All updated and reinstalled through troubleshooting)

Flash: Updated to current several times, reinstalled several times, no problems with flash on any other website. (of course I understand that it working elsewhere means nothing other than information to narrow troubleshooting down), also I deleted all websites in the configuration panel for flash and since then I’ve not had vyew.com show up as a website available for configuring to allow.

Shockwave: again reinstalled and re-updated just like flash

Ports: Opened (9100, 9102, 1935)

Javascript Enabled OK
Adobe Flash 9 Plugin OK
Unity Connection Test:
1. Standard...con...rdy...timeout...FAIL
2. High...con...timeout...FAIL
3. Proxy...con...rdy...ns...OK!

Java 1.6+ (For Desktop sharing and Screen capture): OK. Version(s): 1.6.0

Flash Media Server Test:
WIN 10,0,45,2
RTMP DEFAULT Failed
RTMP 80 Success
RTMP 443 Failed
RTMP 1935 Failed
HTTP Tunneling DEFAULT Success
HTTP Tunneling 80 Success

Entering the “Test Room” causes the same error of “Connected, Finding Namespace” and it just hangs there until I close the browswer(s)

You may have to edit your firewall settings to allow those specific ports through.
