I and my buddy tried the call in feature for my vyew book and nothing on the page indicated that someone was waiting to talk. All I got was *6 to mute then elevator music. How do you know when someone calls in?

I organized a web meeting and there were 2 participants. The third was away from his system and hence dialed the conference number and then the access code. However, we could not hear him and all he could hear was the music. Please help

I need to verify from you whether this is a user error or a system error.
In most cases, someone entered the wrong access code so you all were actually in different rooms listening to music.

If this happens again, can you try to call in to the room from another phone, and double-verify you are entering the same conference access code to see make sure its an actual system error.
