When unsynced and you resync, other users are not synced until you switch pages.

If you insert a new page when unsynced, other users are immediately synced.

The sync/unsync button was a test feature, and it was accidentally rolled out into production. There are no crashes or problems with it, just some minor usability issues which we will fix soon. Thanks for the report!
