Problems to download the files from Vyew to the computer.

Hi everybody..

If I upload documents to Vyew I donīt have problems but however I have problems to download the ppt. or word files from View to my computer because powerpoint or Word doesnīt recognize them and they canīt open them..what is the problem?,any solution?

We do not support downloading original documents at this time.  We may change that in the future though if there is enough demand.

Hi,

You actually can download the original file now. The message you are replying to is over 4 years old, Vyew has been updated a little bit since then :)
