Capturing the whiteboard data for a word document to save to my computer

I want to be able to capture the content or save it to my computer for inserting into a word file (minutes). When I select and copy the information it shows up as icons....is there a way to do that?

A screenshot is rather hard to put in a word document. What I did do was use the print function, printed to PDF and then was able to select the text to copy into my document. Rather cumbersome and it took me a while to figure out.
