User Can’t Post Messages in Chat

We are using the FREE product. We have classes daily (M-Sat) in three 1-hour sessions. One of the users who has ‘viewer’ settings reported recently that she was unable to type anything in the chat box because it was grayed out.

She also gets the messages about ‘slow scripts running in Adobe Flash 10....’

What steps should I take to resolve problem?

Was there a PDF file in this room? or an imported file with complex graphics? Sometimes complex PDF’s can slow down a room. See this link about converting them to JPGs:
