People can not log on

I am testing this instead of gotomeeting. I am having issues when inviting people to join room it says they are connected however, they are not. It says connected in the middle of the screen and the top tabs are blurry. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how do I fix it>

1) Are you on a wired or WiFi connection? Could you try one or the other?
2) Does hitting the refresh button on your browser help at all? Could you try out different browser?
3) Check out the browser test page: http://vyew.com/s/browsertest/. Click on Adobe Flash 9 Plugin Alternate Test to make sure you have Flash 10 installed. I’ve had a couple of users recently unable to connect report success after completely uninstalling then reinstalling Flash, even though their initial Flash installation was up to date.
