When logging in using IE 8, I get the following javascript error (see below). I can click link to continue to home, but page is missing top header and all links to the rooms are unresponsive. This worked fine on same computer/browser yesterday.
In firefox, can log in fine. Can open a room fine. Then it becomes a crap shoot on which features will work. Today when I try to use screen shot feature, it freezes on the digital signature warning popup and you can not click the run button and have to use task manager to close Firefox. This feature worked fine yesterday.
Operating System - Windows 7 (64 Bit)
Java Version - 6 Update 24
Been trying to use this product over the past week. Out of 4 meeting attempts, 1 sort of worked ok. It is maybe a 25% chance that a particular feature will work during a meeting. One meeting the share screen feature or screen capture will work and the next it won’t.
I really like the vyew concept, but I find it hard to recommend to my employees/clients as a viable means for collaboration/online meetings with out better reliability.
