Hi, I’m using Vyew 4 and have been using it for a few weeks now. Starting yesterday, a couple of people have gotten ‘stuck’ in the room. I’m not sure what’s going on on their end, but I assume that they have left the room and Vyew simply hasn’t registered that properly. If I delete the page they were viewing, it automatically changes to say they are on the desktop viewing page, whereas for a ‘real’ user it would just bump them onto the next normal page. I’m also unable to disconnect these users.
