I’ve just open an account with Vyew but everytime I try to log-in I get a blank screen with no action buttons.  See PrintScreen attachment.  Is this a connection problem or am I doing something wrong.?

Thanks in advance,

Rick

I have since been able to access my Vyew account via my home computer running XP but still no luck with my business laptop running Vista.  Any ideas?

Is this problem still happening? Were working on it now, but it is hard for us to reproduce it consistently on our end.

Yes, I was able to access my account last evening from my XP home computer and it worked very well.  Now I’m trying to access my account but still problems.  I am able to log-in and see my list of Vyewbooks but the screen is stuck, showing 70% loaded.  I can’t open any of the books.  Funny thing though, I opened the account using this computer as I intended to use the program for business purposes but at present it is no good to me.

My wife has an identical laptop to this one, tonight I’ll see if the same problem occurs on hers as well.

Thanks for taking a look.  I really believe there is value in this service if I can access it in a practicle manner.

I just tried again and was able to get access to my viewbooks.  The one problem that remains is that when annotating, by typing, as I am doing now, the response time is very slow.  The result is that only half of what I’m typing appears on screen.  Very frustrating as I have to go back a retype almost every word, veeerrryyy sslloowwllllly.

Rick, ok there are 2 issues here.
Are you using IE7 on Vista by any chance.
There is a known bug with IE7 and Flash regarding a slow typing response.

Please let me know what your flash version is here
Adobe recommends upgrading the flash plugin here.

Regarding the issue with not being able to access VyewBooks at all.
How did it just fix itself? Is it a bug that occurs occasionally?
