I have a problem accessing my meeting room

Hello -
The system recognizes me and show that it is trying to connect to my meeting room. The dialog box shows connection,authentication and “trying low ports.” I have tried numerous times but it always times out.

Yea, I am getting the same issue.  I have been testing this for possible more full fledged use and am really disappointed by this.  I have been able to login no problem until this week, May 5th.  Is Vyew just not working anymore?

What is your browser and version number.  When was the last time that it DID work?

Is your error also showing up as “trying low ports”?

NOTICE—NEED TO UPDATE YOUR FIREWALL SETTINGS

We have added new servers in other locations, so anyone who modified their firewall settings to allow Vyew to work needs to change their settings so that outgoing requests ANY IP ADDRESSES over ports 9100,9102,1935 are let through.
