I would like to know if it is possible to export an entire Vyewbook - with all its files to another group of users (students actually) to develop? This is more than ‘publishing’. Hope this makes sense. Im talking about duplicating the VyewBook to someone elses account.
Thanks, Simon

Making multiple copies for multiple people
(eg. Make 5 copies for 5 different people, each having their own copy)

1. Invite the people to the VyewBook you want them to have a copy of. (Make sure you select “Allow this participant to share with others”)
2. Each person will then see it in their own “MY HOME / MY VYEWBOOKS” area, on the bottom part of the VyewBooks listing where it says ”VyewBooks I have been Invited to”.
3. In the menu next to the VyewBook name, select “COPY THIS VYEWBOOK TO MY VYEWBOOKS”.
(See image attached)
4. A copy of the VyewBook will then be made, and owned by that student.

Making 1 copy for multiple people
(eg. Make 1 copy, and allow 5 different people to edit the same copy)

1. Open up the VyewBook you want to make a copy of.
2. In the BOOK menu, select Save As… to duplicate it
3. Invite multiple people to that new VyewBook that was duplicatedbook, and let them edit it directly.

Hello.

I tried this, but all I get as options in that menu is: Open and Uninvite. No copying option available.

Hi. This means that the person who invited you did not give you sufficient access to duplicate it.
When they invite you, they must select ”Allow this participant to share with others.”

Sorry if the instructions were not clear, i will edit them now.
