Problems converting uploaded PPT, now account needs Revalidation?

I uploaded a 15M PPT file and it consistently failed to convert.  (Funny, it worked a couple of weeks ago.)

I even converted the PPT file to a more manageable 4.5M PDF.  That didn’t convert either.

I logged out.  Later I tried to login.  Received an alert window that my account needs to be Validated!?  (This was done when I first used the account.)

Suggestions?

Normally, when you first register, you are allowed to login 5 times without being validated. To be validated means you clicked the validation link from your email.

If you did do this before - clicked the validation link from the email, then i will look into the system to see if there is a bug in the validation process. Sorry about that.

I have manually validated you now, please let me know if this problem happens again.

Regarding the PPT upload problem. Can you email me both the 15M ppt and the 4.5M pdf?
Since that is a large file you can use http://www.yousendit.com—a free file transfer.
