Hi,

Is is possible to embedd the VYEW meeting room within a membership only website so that all my students can use it whenever they want without invitations?

If so, how can it be done?

If you ‘unlock’ your meeting room, anyone can join it without needing an invitation. They can simply go to http://vyew.com/ and enter the meeting ID.

If you want a quick link you can put on your teaching website, make a link to http://vyew.com/#####, with your meeting ID number in place of the ####.

For example, if your meeting ID is 123, the link would be: http://vyew.com/123

When someone then clicks this link, they will go directly into the meeting without having to do anything.

Our plan is to allow people to actually embed vyew meetings into their own pages, but this will be something we do in the future.
