It is possible to having a Vyew meeting, and broadcast your voice, and any PC sound from your computer (like MP3’s), to all of your users.
The trick is to select “Stereo Mix” as the input/recording device for your PC Sound card.
Here’s how (in Windows):
1) Use a headset/mic, turn off external speakers (to prevent feedback).
2) Double click volume icon in taskbar/system tray.
3) Select Options in menu bar > Properties
4) Select Recording option, Click OK
6) Select “Stereo Mix” as the input source for recording. Adjust volume
quite low.
8) In VYEW, right click somewhere on the screen and select “SETTINGS”.
9) Click the microphone. Select the microphone icon, set the volume to low.
That’s it.
Now, you can click the “PUSH TO TALK” button in Vyew, then Play an MP3 on your
computer, and it will be broadcast to all your users in Vyew.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Adjust your volumes VERY low to start, then increase it gradually as you test the volume levels.
