Where can I easily access the details for a meeting/Vyewbook I’ve created. I want to update the meeting invitation I sent with this information. I am specifically looking for the conference call information and the URL. This would be my preference instead of sending a separate email from Vyew.

Also, is there a way to make a meeting recurring? I have a standing meeting each week with my staff who are dispersed across the country. What options or suggestions do you have to handle this scenario?

Hi. You can see the URL and conference call number in one place in the VyewBook settings.

You can get to this from MyHome/MyVyewbooks tab then click on the Book Icon menu to the left of the VyewBook name, select “VyewBook Settings”.

also note, that the URL for all vyewbook meeting are the same:
Vyew.com/<YOUR_MEETING_ID>/<NAME_OF_BOOK>

(or the rendered version of the url once you go into a book: vyew.com/room#/<MEETING_ID>/<NAME>)

Regarding reocurring meetings:
We do not currently have this option, but we will be doing some development on our invitation manager and i will make the suggestion to the team.  In the mean time, the best setup I would suggest is to just set the meeting to “Open to Anyone” on the day of the meeting, and email out the URL and tell everyone to just use the same URL week after week at the specified time.

When the meeting is over, set the you could set the book as “Owner Only” in the access controls, to keep people out until the next meeting.

If needed, you would also have to send out your meeting reminders manually before each meeting with the vyewbook URL.

The VyewBook Url’s are always the same:
vyew.com/<YOUR_MEETING_ID>/<NAME_OF_VYEWBOOK>.
