How to keep users from distracting the meeting

If you have a large meeting, where users might be inclined to distract the meeting by drawing or playing with other features, it is recommended that you demote everyone to a “Viewer”.
The viewer role, can only watch and chat. Also viewer’s do not broadcast their mouse cursor to the meeting, like collaborators, moderators and owners do. This will help minimize distractions during the meeting.

To make users “viewers”

There is a drop-down options menu in the USERLIST pod, in the lower right corner. It is a wrench icon. Click that, then select “Demote all to viewers”.

If you are using the “Open to Anyone” access control, you should set the “Default usertype” to “viewer” in the VyewBook Access Control settings.
