Can’t connect to a Vyew Meeting or VOIP won’t connect ("Connection Timed Out")

I get the error “Connection Timed Out”...

You may be behind a firewall.

Vyew normally works behind a firewall. But in some cases, if the firewall settings are very secure or too “smart”, Vyew may get blocked.
Please contact your network administrator, and ask them to open up these ports:

9100, 9102 and 1935 to IP Addresses: 209.21.91.131 through .138

I am able to connect to the online meeting and we can collaborate on screen, but we are unable to communicate through the VOIP.  At times I can hear them, but they can’t hear me.  Do we have to click to talk every time we speak & then click off, or can we just connect to each other?Could this have to do with a fire wall also?  Do you have any suggestions?

This is not a firewall issue. Yes - you must click “push to talk” each time you want to speak. The VOIP is Uniplex, meaning only one person can speak at a time.  Check out this article for more information about that. If you want duplex (everyone speaks at the same time), you must use the conference calling feature.
