I lost my password

Thats ok… we all forget our passwords sometimes.

  1. Goto the Login Screen (http://vyew.com/go/login)
  2. Type in your email address
  3. Click “I forgot my password”

It will be emailed to you.

To prevent spam:
what is 10 + 10 ?

I am not receiving an email when I click “I forgot my password”.
The login page states that an email was sent.
Also, I never received any acknowledgement or “welcome” email after I registered.
So far, I have received no email from vyew.

Response:
Around the week of Feb 20, 2008, we had issues with our Email Delivery service. This issue is fixed now. Thank you.

i remember my password very well, but couldn’t log in. When i clicked on i forgot my password, there was an error message saying that an error occurred when delivering the email.

I did the above twice and received the same password twice which I entered quite a few times and still got the same message “not a valid password” or something similar.
PS
the password sent back was “temp” or is this “ temp” or “ temp “ as the pwords are supposed to be minimum 6 chars? [none of which seem to work]. Anyway I am pretty sure that this is NOT the original password that I submitted a few days ago when I first registered. So is there a bug in the system somewhere?

Hello. Sorry about this. The “temp” password means that your account was a “GUEST” account, and was never fully registered. Please sign up for free here, to register for a real account.
