A “Viewer” in my meeting has no magnifying glass, can’t see the whole screen

Some users have reported that while in SYNC MODE, their “Viewers” on small screens (laptops) cannot see the whole VyewBook page, and have no magnifying glass to zoom out.

This is the situation: When a user is a “viewer” and SYNC mode is ON, we take away the magnifying glass, so they cannot disrupt the the meeting (by changing zoom), since while in SYNC MODE all users are supposed to see the exact same thing. There is a bug in Vyew: sometimes a VyewBook page initially does not sync its zoom value to other users.

Until we fix this, the solution is that the owner or moderater should go to their Magnifying Glass menu and click “ZOOM RESET” (which is the 4th icon down).
This will force a SYNC event accross all your members and they then, should see exactly what you see.
