**What are "Ad-Free Participants" and "Overflow Participants"?

Ad Free participants are the users who will not see advertising at any time.

Vyew subscribers start with a number of Ad Free participants included, and can add more if needed.

When your VyewBook meeting reaches its limit of Ad-Free users, then new comers ("Overflow participants") will see banner advertising in their interface.

Pricing Questions

Can I up/downgrade plans at any time?

Yes you can, in your Account Settings. Plan price differences will be pro-rated.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. We give you the choice:
  • Use Vyew as a monthly pay-as-you-go service, OR
  • Pay in advance for up to 2 years
Paying in advance lowers your average monthly cost by up to 30% and protects you from any price increases that may occur.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee or refunds?

Instead of a money-back guarantee, we let you use the full product for FREE as long as you want with no annoying limited time trial period. That’s as risk-free as it gets! You can subscribe to one of our packages on a monthly basis first, before making a longer term commitment. Because of this, we do not offer any kind of refund.

What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We only accept payments online and do not accept P.O.’s. We cannot invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
